Delivery
The Flower Shop uses a variety of suppliers for delivery options to ensure we are able to get your product sent on time and in good condition. Delivery charges are based on a standard rate offered by our suppliers and are subject to change. Delivery charges include GST of 15%.

Rural deliveries must be placed the prior day for delivery (no saturday deliveries available in some areas). Our couriers are not permited to enter a property where the gate is closed or locked, please ensure the drive way is clear to enter. We strive to deliver on weekends for all major gift giving holidays Mother's day, Valentines day etc.

PLEASE CALL US, '+64 7 828 7717' SHOULD YOU HAVE AN URGENT DELIVERY REQUEST.

Please include name of the deceased in the case of funeral orders.

Guarantee of Satisfaction
The Flower Shop guarantee of satisfaction extends to the product arriving at the recipients address in excellent condition only if the recipient is there to receive it directly.

Absentee Recipients, ferocious dogs and closed gates
Please indicate if the person who will be receiving the flowers will be able to receive the flowers once delivered.
The Flower Shop and their courier suppliers will not take responsibility for delivery of product if no-one is home, there is a ferocious dog on the premise or the courier is unable to gain entry to the property. Our couriers are not obliged to approach any animal they feel is a threat to their safety and will leave the product where they feel it is safe to do so.

Prices
Prices are in New Zealand dollars only and include GST of 15%.

The Flower Shop only accepts payment by 'Amex', 'MasterCard' or 'Visa'.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product sent from The Flower Shop then we will meet our obligations as set out in the New Zealand Consumers guarantees act which is to; redo, replace or refund your order. Any complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

Purchasing flowers online
The images displayed are sample images only and are indicative of the colour of product we can supply for you. This is due to the fact that flowers are seasonal and certain foliage and blooms may not be available when you request them.

Wherever possible containers shown on our website which may be unobtainable from our suppliers will be replaced with a similar styling and colour to ensure your order is as close to that shown as possible. The Flower Shop does not guarantee exact replicas of containers.
